Coaching Values

My values as a coach - wisdom, integrity, competence & trust - provide a journey of personal transformation as a result of increased self awareness. To the coaching process I bring values, from my diverse life experiences across the world - USA, Australia, New Zealand & across the Middle East, Europe particularly UK, Netherlands & Belgium.

Coaching Process

As a coach I work with a person to create their own awareness, self-discovery and creativity, all as a means of moving forward on their particular journey. We are all creative, resourceful and whole and instinctively have the answers to our challenges deep within ourselves. Good coaching brings them within reach!
